Welcome to Weather Pro – Daily Forecast (hereinafter referred to as “the App” or “Weather Pro”).
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you and the developer of Weather Pro regarding your use of the mobile application and its associated services.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Weather Pro, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please do not use the App.
1. Service Description
Weather Pro provides weather-related information and tools, including but not limited to:
Real-time local weather conditions
Hourly and 7-day weather forecasts
Interactive radar and satellite maps
Severe weather alerts (e.g., storms, heatwaves)
Sunrise/sunset times and UV index
All data is sourced from publicly available meteorological services and processed for display on your device. The App may require internet access to fetch updated weather information.
We reserve the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time without prior notice, as part of ongoing improvements.
2. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Weather Pro only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You must not:
Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights;
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code or data from the App;
Use automated scripts, bots, or crawlers to scrape or collect weather data;
Interfere with the App’s operation (e.g., via denial-of-service attacks, malware, or network flooding);
Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation;
Use the App to harm minors or expose them to inappropriate content;
Reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without explicit permission.
All intellectual property rights in the App (including design, code, icons, and layout) are owned by the developer and protected by copyright laws.
3. Service Availability and Limitations
Weather Pro strives to provide accurate and timely weather information, but does not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or real-time updates.
Weather data is provided “as is” for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon for critical decisions (e.g., aviation, emergency planning).
The developer is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from reliance on the App’s forecasts or alerts.
Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, server issues, or third-party data provider outages. We will endeavor to restore service promptly but are not obligated to provide advance notice.
4. Privacy Commitment
Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and protection of your information are governed exclusively by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

5. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement periodically to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or operational practices.
Revised terms will be posted in the App or on our official distribution channel (e.g., Google Play).
Continued use of Weather Pro after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
For significant changes, we may provide in-app notice.
In the event of any discrepancy between translated versions and the English version of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WEATHER PRO IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES.
7. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall the developer of Weather Pro be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption) arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. General Provisions
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the developer is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Severability: If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms remain in full force.
Waiver: Failure to enforce any right under this Agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.
Assignment: You may not transfer or assign this Agreement. We may assign our rights or obligations without your consent.
Entire Agreement: This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and the developer regarding the App and supersedes all prior communications.
