This Privacy Policy describes how Shenzhen Pengwanli Trading Co., Ltd. handles personal information when you use Friends GPS Location (the Application). The Application enables voluntary location sharing between connected users. It must not be used to track someone secretly or without their informed permission. Reading this Policy or using the Application does not replace any separate consent required for location access or other processing.

Location: With your permission, we collect approximate or precise location from GPS, Wi-Fi, or cellular signals, including coordinates, timestamps, accuracy and movement information. We use this information to provide authorized location updates, location history, safe-zone alerts and notifications for enabled features.
Connections and authorization: The Application does not provide user account creation, registration, login, or account recovery. We process invitation codes, connection identifiers, sharing settings, and authorization records only to establish and manage authorized location-sharing connections. These records are not user accounts. The Application does not request Contacts permission and does not access, collect, upload, or synchronize your device contacts or address book. We process contact details only when you voluntarily enter them in a support request.
Device identifiers: We process device identifiers, such as an Android device ID and advertising identifier, for application functionality, analysis, security, and performance measurement.
Application activity and performance: Feature interactions, setting changes, crash reports, diagnostic information and performance measurements help us understand usage, resolve errors and improve reliability. These records may contain device or installation identifiers; they are not necessarily anonymous.
Optional communications: We process feedback, support messages and survey responses that you choose to submit.
Foreground location supports location features while you use the Application. If you enable a feature requiring background updates, background location may be collected while the Application is closed or not in use, to continue authorized location sharing and related alerts. Before requesting background permission, the Application must present a prominent disclosure explaining the information collected and its purpose and obtain your affirmative consent, followed by the Android permission request.
Location is shared with another user only after the relevant users knowingly authorize the connection and sharing. You may stop sharing, remove a connection or revoke location access through available Application controls or device settings. Revoking permission prevents further access under that permission, but does not automatically delete previously stored information. Disabling required permissions may make the corresponding feature unavailable.
We do not use approximate or precise location for targeted advertising. We do not authorize advertising partners to use location received for core location features for unrelated advertising purposes.
We process information to deliver requested location services, manage authorized connections, send enabled alerts, maintain and secure the service, analyze application performance, diagnose failures, display and measure advertising, respond to support requests, and comply with legal obligations. Where applicable, legal bases include consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests subject to your rights, and legal obligations. We obtain separate consent where required; you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of earlier processing.
We share location with the users you authorize. Service providers that support hosting, location delivery, diagnostics, or performance analysis may receive the minimum information needed for those services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights or security. We do not rent personal information or sell it for money.
The Application may use Google AdMob to display advertising. AdMob may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, ad interactions, and related diagnostic or performance information to provide and measure advertisements. We may also share device identifiers, application interaction data, crash reports, diagnostic information, and performance information with service providers that analyze application stability and performance on our behalf. Live location is retained for no more than 7 days, and location history for no more than 30 days. Device identifiers, application interaction data, crash reports, diagnostic information, and performance information are retained only as long as needed for the stated functionality, analysis, security, and troubleshooting purposes. Support messages are deleted within 6 months after resolution. Connection and authorization records are retained while needed to operate the authorized connection and are deleted or anonymized after a verified request, subject to lawful exceptions. Because these data may be retained, they are not treated as temporary processing.
The Application has no user accounts, so account deletion is not applicable. You may stop sharing, remove connections, delete available location history, and revoke permissions through the Application or device settings. You may request deletion of information by emailing wangdacui892@gmail.com. We may verify your authority to make the request. Uninstalling alone does not delete server-held data. Data retained for legal, security, or dispute purposes is limited to what is necessary.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an opt-out of legally defined sale or sharing. We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including encrypted transmission and restricted access. No system can promise complete security. Providers may process data outside your country. Where required, we use applicable contractual or other recognized safeguards for international transfers.
The Application is not intended for users under 16. Users under 16 must not use it. If we learn that we have collected their personal information, we take steps to stop the processing and delete it as required by law. Contact us if you believe this has occurred.
